How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • • Paddle is responsible for handling payment disputes and chargebacks

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day period:

  • • Subscription payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods
  • • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • • Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • • You won't be charged for future billing cycles
  • • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, giving you time to reactivate or export your data

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • • Subsequent refund requests after a previous refund has been granted
